Hey All!
Sorry I haven't written in a while, but I'm getting extremely stressed with the holidays quickly approaching and of course I came up with this brilliant idea to do 25 days of COOKIE BAKING! SCORE!
I have been baking like a maniac and I have done about 7 different batches of chocolate chip cookies. Now that Chris is tired of chocolate chip- I'm off to master a new variation on a coconut macaroon- Chris hates Coconut so I'll have to find some taste testers who like coconut.
I'm trying to get ready for Christmas and it's fun seeing how happy and excited Lily is this year! She knows Santa is coming, but she keeps telling me that she want's "up....down....up....down" from Santa. Does anyone know what the hell that is? Chris and I have been wracking our brains trying to figure out what it is! I'm sure we'll figure out what she means like the day before Christmas and then go on a crazy hunt to track it down and get it for her.
Well back to baking---I may not get to write on her as often as I would like over the next few weeks- but I'll start taking more pictures to post!
